The number of homes we have rated EPC C or higher last year increased by 1.2% from 86.87% to 88.07%, and our Asset Management Strategy sets out our ambition to have at least 90% of our homes at EPC C by March 2027, as part of our journey to Net Zero.

We have a target for all our homes to be EPC C by 2030, and to be net carbon zero by 2050.

We do not have a current strategy in place, but we are planning to develop one. We are currently re-procuring contracts and using this as an opportunity to put this in place, which is expected to be ready by March 2026.
