There is no dedicated ESG risk on our strategic risk register, but sustainability elements are covered by SR5: "Failure to adequately invest and make homes safe and sustainable for the diverse needs of our customers, whilst meeting Decent Homes and other agreed standards." and governance elements covered by SR10: "Failure to meet regulatory requirements, including the new consumer standards".

No. We had a Housing Ombudsman investigation in 2025; however this did not result in any enforcement action.

Resident voice is at the heart of our governance and decision making, with a resident on our Board, and four residents on our Customer Experience Committee – a direct committee of the Board. This is supported by our Customer Excellence Panel and wider engagement (detailed in C21).
Board agendas are designed to ensure that customer voices are heard at meetings.
Does the housing provider have policies that incorporate Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) into the recruitment and selection of board members and senior management?
The Rooney Rule is written into our Board recruitment policy and is applied to all Board member recruitment.
We have an annual board appraisal process and skills audit, which includes an EDI survey. Recruitment and succession planning for Board is informed by this information. Our Board is currently gender balanced.
We use a variety of different recruitment channels to attract diverse candidates, including our careers site, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Adzuna and Jobs Go Public.
We are looking to expand this to additional sites specifically aimed at underrepresented groups, like BAME jobs, Women in Social Housing, Diversify, and Evenbreak.
